A light and slightly “fruity” pasta. It pairs well extremely well with seafood and fresh vegetables. Because it is thinner than linguini or fettuccine, it cooks a few minutes faster (2-3 minutes).
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
