Our most popular flavor! This pasta has the light and clean flavor of baby spinach and is great with pesto! You also serve it with Alfredo Sauce for a creative spin on the classic dish. Just follow our plant-based recipes on the back of each package. Our Angel Hair is the same as our other classic spinach pasta, with a thinner cut than fettuccine and linguine.

COOKING DIRECTIONS: 

Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 4-5 minutes (2-3 minutes for Angel Hair). Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
