A 7th generation salt-making family harvests an all-natural salt by hand, from an ancient ocean trapped below the Appalachian Mountains of the Kanawha Valley in West Virginia.

We use only natural and recognizable ingredients - no fillers, no artificial flavors, no refined sugar!  All our ingredients are certified organic, except the flours which come from a small local mill working with small farms.  Each pack of our wellness teas, spice blends and tea biscuits is handcrafted in micro batches.
