One Summer's day in 1994, our C.E.O. and founder, Jeff Flathau, came home from work to find his wife and co-founder, Heather Flathau, crushing candies and baking shortbread into what is now known as our award-winning Peppermint Snaps. A year later, Flathau's Fine Foods was founded, and the rest is history!
At Flathau's Fine Foods, we believe the right blend of high quality ingredients can create the perfect gourmet snack. We are excited that our products have gained national attention at the most prestigious food shows throughout the United States.
