This isn't your ordinary BBQ Sauce. We wanted something that you would feel inspired to put on any protein (and a few veggies). A great all-around sauce for meat and tofu dishes, adds a savory, smoky flavor from cardamon, cold brew coffee, and smoked chipotle. The tangy red wine vinegar softens the the citrus notes to bring out the roasted tomato flavor. We use bourbon barrel-aged honey to add sweeteness, complementing the cayenne and fennel. Honey buzz is a sweet spicy ingredient for a bloody mary or if you want a flavorful twist on the classic mac and cheese.
