Each coffee exported by CoopeTarrazú is cultivated at an elevation of 1,200 - 1,900 masl. Harvest season coincides with the region's dry season, which lasts from November to March. Aligning the harvest season with the dry seasons creates uniformity of the coffee and allows for a natural sun-dried process.
