The Valente Family has been handcrafting pasta in Charlottesville since 1982. We are a small, woman-owned pasta company making delicious, easy to prepare, uniquely flavored pasta. We don’t use any artificial flavors or colorings; we let Mother Nature do her job.
Founded by Fran Valente over 35 years ago, Valente pasta makes plant based, single allergen pasta in over 13 different flavors. Our pasta is made the “old fashioned way”, it is rolled, cut and air-dried creating a handmade fresh texture to our pasta. We use vegetable powders, herbs and seasoning to make our flavorful pasta that can served using the chef inspired recipes or with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Our flour is grown and milled in the United States and our pasta is plant-based. The facility is a one allergen facility. We use only wheat flour, vegetable powders, herbs, seasonings, and water. In our shop, there are NO eggs, soy, dairy, nuts, or fish. All of our ingredients are non-GMO.
